How Vaman Works According to Ayurveda

Ayurveda links issues like obesity, allergies, asthma, skin problems, and slow digestion to excess Kapha dosha and toxins (Ama). Vaman removes extra Kapha from the stomach and airways, restoring digestive fire, boosting metabolism, and lowering recurrence.
