Targeted Herbal Paste Application for Cooling & Nourishment
Ekang Lepam is a classical Ayurvedic therapy where a specially prepared medicated paste — made from herbs, oils, and natural ingredients — is applied to a specific area of the body. The word "Ekang" means a single part, and "Lepam" refers to the herbal paste application.
Depending on the area treated, the paste helps cool an overheated body part, calm the senses, ease tension, and nourish the skin. Our Ayurvedic doctors select the lepam ingredients and the area of application based on individual needs and constitution.
Ekang Lepam is offered as four targeted applications — Shirolepam, Netra Lepam, Face Lepam, and Back Lepam — each addressing a specific area of the body.

Who Is It For?
The Ekang Lepam Procedure
Our Ayurvedic doctor assesses your concern and body constitution to recommend the right type of Lepam — Shirolepam, Netra Lepam, Face Lepam, or Back Lepam — and selects the herbal paste ingredients accordingly.
A fresh medicated lepam is prepared using herbs, oils, and natural ingredients suited to the area being treated and the patient's individual needs.
The herbal paste is gently applied over the selected area — scalp, eyes, face, or back — in an even layer, allowing the natural ingredients to work directly on the skin and underlying tissue.
The paste is left on for a recommended duration to allow full absorption, after which it is gently cleansed off. The doctor may advise simple post-care for the best results.
