A wellness therapy in Ayurveda is not a single massage or a one-off treatment. It is a planned combination of classical therapies chosen to support one clear goal, whether that is calmer sleep, lighter digestion, healthier skin or rested eyes. Ayurveda has always worked this way: the doctor looks at the whole person, then combines external therapies, diet and daily routine.
The HH Signature Program turns this idea into 12 set treatments. For example, Dristi brings together four eye therapies for tired, strained eyes. Keshya combines four scalp and hair therapies. Vishudhi pairs massage and herbal bolus therapy with a medicated enema for a deeper cleanse. Because each wellness therapy is built from therapies that support one another, the session feels complete rather than piecemeal.
Every wellness therapy in the programme starts with a doctor consultation. The doctor checks your constitution, your current concern and your health history, and then confirms which treatment suits you, or suggests a different path if another programme fits better.
Ayurvedic Wellness and Holistic Healing: The Approach Behind the Program
Ayurvedic wellness rests on a simple idea: the body, mind and daily habits work together. When the three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, are balanced and digestion (Agni) is strong, the body feels light, energetic and calm. When they are disturbed by stress, irregular meals, poor sleep or long screen hours, the imbalance shows up as fatigue, stiffness, dull skin, restless sleep or heaviness.
This is why the HH Signature Program follows a holistic healing approach rather than treating one symptom at a time. Each wellness therapy works on three levels:
- The body, through oils, herbal powders, steam and classical therapies such as Abhyanga, Udvartana, Shirodhara and Basti.
- The mind, through deep relaxation, quiet rest and therapies that calm the nervous system.
- Daily life, through simple diet and routine guidance that helps you keep the benefits at home.
The result is Ayurvedic wellness that you can feel in one session and build on over time, always alongside your regular medical care.
How a Wellness Therapy Session Works
Most treatments in the HH Signature Program follow the same simple structure:
- Doctor consultation. A free consultation to understand your goal, your routine and your dosha balance, often including Nadi Parikshan (pulse assessment).
- About 90 minutes of therapy. Three or four therapies performed in sequence by trained therapists.
- 15 minutes of steam and shower. To open the channels and wash off the oils or pastes.
- 15 minutes of rest. Quiet time for the body to settle before you leave.
- Lifestyle guidance. Simple diet and routine advice to help you keep the benefits between sessions.
A full wellness therapy session usually takes about 2 hours in a single visit. Apatarpana is the exception: it is planned as a course of 75–90 minute sessions, because weight balance takes steady work over several weeks.

Signature Treatments and Other Wellness Programs at Herbal Hills
Herbal Hills offers three kinds of wellness programs, and it helps to know the difference:
- Signature wellness therapy. One 2-hour visit that combines several therapies for one goal. Best when you want a complete, focused session.
- Single therapies. One therapy at a time, such as Shirodhara or Abhyanga. Best when your doctor recommends a specific therapy. See all Ayurvedic therapies.
- Health and therapy packages. Multi-day wellness programs, such as 5-day Panchakarma or joint-care packages, for deeper or longer-term goals. See our health packages and therapy packages.
Your doctor will tell you which route suits you. Many people start with a signature wellness therapy and later move to a longer package if they need more support.
Who Should Try a Signature Wellness Therapy?
- People who want a complete Ayurvedic experience in one visit
- Busy professionals looking for focused, time-efficient self-care
- First-time visitors who want to experience several therapies together
- Anyone with a specific goal, such as better sleep, hair care or eye relief
- People looking for a thoughtful wellness gift for a family member
Some treatments are not suitable during pregnancy, fever, acute illness or soon after surgery. Your doctor checks this at the consultation, and every wellness therapy in the programme is meant to be taken alongside your prescribed care, not in place of it.
Preparing for Your Wellness Therapy Session
- Book ahead. Sessions are scheduled so that the therapists and room are ready for your full 2 hours.
- Eat light. Have a small meal at least two hours before your appointment.
- Bring your reports. Carry recent reports and a list of any medicines you take.
- Plan to rest. Keep some time free afterwards and avoid rushing straight back to work if you can.
- Ask questions. Your therapist can adjust pressure, warmth or pace at any time.
